Streamlined Evaluation Process for Event Outcomes

Discover our evaluation process designed to efficiently measure and assess activity outcomes. From data collection to analysis, our platform simplifies the journey.

Goal

Begin planning by thinking about what your organisation is seeking to achieve and what you are required to report against. When setting up your account we import your goals into Takso meaning you work to your goals not ours.

Logic

Bring together what you have learnt from your evidence to develop a logic to underpin your activity and how it will achieve the outcomes you intend.

Theory of Change

Craft a comprehensive theory of change, providing a clear rationale for your activities. It's the 'why' behind your actions, demonstrating a logical link between your intended outcome, evidence, and chosen activity.

Activity

Enter and record key activity inputs and outputs

Frequently asked
questions

Everything you need to know about the product and billing.
Is there a demo available?

Yes! Please contact us to arrange a time for an online demonstration.

How does billing work?

This depends on your need. If you are an independent producer or small organisation you can purchase a single licence giving you access to plan and evaluate single activities, aggregate reports and access to the Takso library. A single licence costs A$275 annually, can purchase additional licences if your needs increase.

For organisations wanting to add more than 5 users, we recommend an organisation package.  This gives you capacity to add multiple users, access to program activity records, as well as aggregate reporting and the Takso library. An orgnisation package costs A$4000 for the first year and includes training from CDN and ongoing support as you learn to use the system.  Subsequent fees are calculated based on your level of use.

Contact us to discuss your needs.

What level of support do you provide?

Support is based on your licence. Those who set up with an organisation licence, the first year’s fee comes with initial training from CDN for your team and regular online support and guidance. For single licence holders we provide online support and one online session on request.

At present Takso is only available in English. Other language versions will be available in the future. If you are from a non-English speaking organisation with an interest in using Takso, please contact us to register your interest.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation we will arrange the transfer of all of your data back to you.
